"Answering the question WHO AM I prevails in its own destined moment: Authenticity conquers time"
Updated: Jul 31
If life has ever pushed you to your limits, or if you're struggling to see a way out of your current situation, I want you to know that I understand your pain is real, and I'll not dismiss it. The battles we're fighting, especially the ones hidden from the world, can leave us feeling stuck, crushed, and hopeless, seeming like there's no end in sight.
But let me tell you, it can change. While I may not have experienced your exact pain or fought your battles, I've faced my own dark moments, more than once. I've known what it's like to be lost, isolated, and barely holding on, desperately seeking a way forward past seemingly insurmountable obstructions to my journey.

A Quote
Farmer and writer, Wendell Berry, said,
"To a river, as to any natural force, an obstruction is merely an opportunity. For the river's nature is to flow; it is not just spatial in dimension, but temporal as well. All things must yield to the impulse of the water in time, if not today then tomorrow or in a thousand years. If its way is obstructed then it goes around the obstruction or under it or over it and, flowing past it, wears it away. Men may dam it and say that they have made a lake, but it will still be a river. It will keep its nature and bide its time, like a caged wild animal alert for the slightest opening. In time it will have its way; the dam like the ancient cliffs will be carried away piecemeal in the currents."

I've discovered that inside each of us is the river of who we truly are. And from that part of us is the power to find a delicate thread of hope to cling to. I've felt the pain subside, the battles ease, and a glimmer of light break through the darkness. In those moments, new possibilities emerge, the obstacles of life break, like the obstructive dam, and I find the strength to move ahead in a positive direction.
And you can too.
In January 2024, I'll be releasing my upcoming book, where I'll share parts of my story and a treasure trove of thoughts and ideas that have shaped my thirty-four year healing journey towards an amazing life, living in love. I can't wait to share it with you!
But, why wait till then? Until the grand unveiling, You are cordially invited on a journey towards self-discovery, self-healing and self-love where you can unearth the true essence of who you are and unlock the door to ultimate fulfillment and freedom.
Together, we'll explore insights and inspirations that can guide us through the highs and lows of life, breaking through barriers and illuminating the path to a more fulfilling existence one moment, one day at a time.
