I know we are all going into 2024 with varying degrees of joy and sadness, obstacles and opportunity. But, it is my experience that when we do the work to better our own lives and we help others along the way thriving and living in love can be our result.

Each person possesses a distinctive Living Blueprint, or what I call an internal compass. This blueprint is unique reflecting your personality, values, beliefs, and your personal guidance system. It serves as a guide for navigating life's challenges and opportunities.

It is meant to help individuals move beyond overwhelming challenges.

 

3.    A Living Blueprint consists of five inclusive principles that support self-help physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. These principles include:

a. Living from who you are in order to transform anxiety, self- destructive habits, and even suicidality into a peaceful existence.

b. Designing, then following a Personal Guidance System to eliminate confusion and overwhelm.

c. Nurture biochemistry to strengthen resilience, foster self-discipline and aid in healing.

d. Live authentically from your core attributes and your truth, allowing you to feel free.

e. Desiring and choosing Loving Kindness as a healing, transforming, and empowering tool.

 

4.    A Living Blueprint 's success is rooted in the theory of Marginal Gains and Cumulative Improvement that leads to your exponential growth:

The Living Blueprint encourages the application of the principle of "marginal gains." Small, incremental improvements in daily life decisions are believed to add up to exponential improvement toward self-actualization. The goal is not just the sum of the individual principles but a cumulative, transformative effect on one's entire life.

 

5.    Creating a success team and accountability for your Living Blueprint through DWM Implementation is Vital Support for Your Success:

The process involves a 40-day journey with specific activities and a step-by-step guide to discovering and designing one's Living Blueprint. Accountability is emphasized through the creation of a daily, weekly, and monthly accountability tracker. Regular review, adjustments, and monitoring of progress with a success partner against set goals are essential to implementing and sustaining a Living Blueprint.
